Installation
- Clip-on: Align the heat sink clip with the TO-220 device body and press firmly until the clip engages securely over the package.
- Adhesive mount: Clean the device tab with isopropyl alcohol, apply thermal adhesive or pad, press the heat sink firmly against the tab, and allow to cure before powering on.
