Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses across India. This page explains how order processing, dispatch and delivery generally work.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, subject to product availability. If any item in your order is delayed or out of stock, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, typical delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service handling the shipment. Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method available for your order and delivery address. We do not offer free shipping unless it is shown as such at checkout for your specific order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery, where available, will be shown as a payment option at checkout for eligible orders. COD is not available for every order, product or location.

Tracking & Dispatch Information

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the available tracking and/or dispatch information with you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Delays Outside Our Control

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes or transport disruptions, incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, or deliveries to remote locations.
